Cowboy Mounted Shooter Dan Byrd Joins the Circle Y Team of Champions

Circle Y welcomes Dan Byrd to the Team of Champions. Dan is a top Cowboy Mounted Shooting competitor, and a renowned horse trainer who has trained many of the horses being used today by shooting competitors. He owns and operates Dan Byrd Performance Horses in the Cave Creek/New River area in the heart of Arizona. Along with horse sales, Dan offers horse and student training specializing in Cowboy Mounted Shooting. Dan has over 20 years professional experience in the horse training industry and has produced winning horses in Polo, Polocrosse, Eventing, Western Show Ring, Roping, Barrels, Dressage, Jumping and Cowboy Mounted Shooting. For more information on Dan, visit his website at http://danbyrdhorses.com/.
Dan also competes in the "Superhorse" events, which consists of shooting, barrel racing, and breakaway roping. When designing his new 2721 Super Shooter saddle, the goal was to create a saddle that would give a competitive edge in the arena for cowboy mounted shooting and the Superhorse events, but also be ready for a hard day's work on the ranch. This saddle is built on a fiberglass reinforced wood tree, so it's versatile enough for the ranch or the arena, and is suitable for roping.
